Andrew Stone Architect Ltd was set up in 2006 by Andrew Stone
(M.A., Dip. Cons., Architect) as an independent architectural practice based in Dorset, to focus on new architectural design and building alteration using traditional materials supported by contemporary technology.

Andrew Stone has developed expertise and knowledge on the design, repair and conservation of historic buildings - including churches, country houses and scheduled ancient monuments - having worked for specialist building conservation practices in the UK and overseas.

We believe that good classical design is appropriate for many situations today especially where an existing building must be respected, and that the approach can be both imaginative and economically achievable.
